Eligibility Criteria
-All applicants must be a High School senior, have attained a General Education Development (GED), or be enrolled in a state approved GED program.
-All applicants must be pursuing their bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with proof of acceptance and enrollment.
How to Apply
-Application for the Jazmine T. Bryant’s Brighter Day Fund Scholarship will be accepted annually during the “application period” which will be posted on the JAZMINESFUND.COM website prior to the opening of the application period. -Application must be submitted by the deadline posted on the online scholarship application. -Application must include a personal statement, in a minimum of 300 words, of how the applicant will benefit from the Jazmine T. Bryant Brighter Day Fund Scholarship and their thoughts on mental health and how it may have affected them personally.
-Applicant must also submit one letter of recommendation from either a teacher, church leader, volunteer organization affiliation, etc.
-The review and selection process will be completed within 30 days following the application deadline.
-Only one scholarship will be awarded each year for the fall semester. -Scholarship award will be sent directly to the accredited institution.
