Mental Health Resources
You are not alone. Find support, information, and help for yourself or someone you love.
Why These Resources Matter
Mental health challenges affect everyone, but minority communities often face unique barriers — stigma, lack of culturally competent care, and limited access to services. The Jazmine T. Bryant Brighter Day Fund is committed to connecting our community with the resources they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
Mental Health Disparities in Minority Communities
Research consistently shows that Black, Hispanic, and other minority Americans are less likely to receive mental health treatment than their white counterparts — even when experiencing the same level of need. Factors include systemic barriers, cultural stigma, distrust of the healthcare system, and a shortage of culturally competent providers. Awareness is the first step toward change.
